Seeking Help With Tinnitus
The first step is to see your GP to rule out any physical causes of tinnitus. Your GP may refer you to an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist to complete this process. If your tinnitus cannot be resolved medically then a Tinnitus Management Programme may be the solution to reduce the negative impact of tinnitus on your overall well-being as there is currently no cure for tinnitus. Please complete the Tinnitus Questionnaire in the next section to assess the impact of tinnitus on your wellbeing. Print off your results and discuss the findings with your GP. Your GP can then refer you to our clinic for Tinnitus Management.
